In the second image, it looks like Toribio, which appears to be a Spanish/Portuguese variation of the Italian name Turibio. The last image looks like Terribile.

Thank you Erudita. I think you are right and it is Turibio.
San Turibio is also the patron of Cannalonga, a town not far from Torre Orsaia.
