I'm seeing Moraca also but can't figure out what/why is after it.
Here's a rough extraction of the document, not a verbatim translation.
On 31 Jul 1847 at the 16th hour (4:00 pm) before the mayor Giuseppe ?, official of the vital records for the town of Sambiase, in the district of Nicastro, appeared Vincenzo Funari, 46, a laborer, living in this town, who presented a baby boy whom he said was born from Maria Teresa Moraca, his wife, 40 something (cannot decipher further) on the 30th of July at the 18th hour (6:00 pm) in the house of the parents and whom he gave the name Luigi.
