The frazione of Traugnano belongs to the comune of Sant'Agata de' Goti, in the province of Benevento, region of Campania. It's located about 2.5 KM from Sant'Agata de' Goti. It has about 60 inhabitants.

I suspect it is, but you can't be sure until you actually find the birth record for Catarina (circa 1828?). I don't know the history of this town but I would start with the records of Sant'Agata. However, keep in mind that some frazioni were originally a separate comune with its own records. Many changes occurred around the time Regno d'Italia was created.

The Registri dello stato civile of Sant'Agata de' Goti, 1809-1860, has been filmed by the LDS. Go to Registri dello stato civile to see the film details. The records for Traugnano might be part of these records.

As John Armellino said, it is definitely Traugnano, frazione di Sant'Agata de' Goti
