Can't find the darn mailing address

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Can't find the darn mailing address

There seems to be conflicting info on two CT .gov sites. Anyone know the proper mailing address to mail my documents to and get an apostille in CT? I want to send them out first thing tomorrow morning? Thanks guys.
