I just spoke to someone who was visiting from Italy and she said the same thing...International Reply Coupons aren't used much at all.

Not sure what to believe now...

Just today, I called the US Poatal Service to see if I could find IRC. They told me larger post office will have them. Apparently there has been a change in them in the fall of 2006. Maybe that is why they have been difficult to get. Apparently the older version did not have expiration dates on them. The new ones do.

I just returned from the post office and purchesed 3 IRC. The clerk did not know what they were, asked a supervisor and she produced them immediately.
