wonderful job !!!
greetings from Palermo
I'm searching lost relatives and descendant of my greatgrandfather Vincenzo Genualdi (or Gennaldi or Genuardi) and my greatgrandmother Concetta Davola (their sons: Angela, Carmela, Antonio, Bartolomeo, Ernesto, Simone, Riccardo, Maria) went in Chicago,Ill., and New Orleans, in 1880-1920 from Sicily. Other family related : Jacobucci or Jacopucci (from Central Italy).

I enjoy the messages of appreciation that I see here. Thank you.
A message from Palermo, ecstacy, thank you Nazca.
I have my fingers crossed, waiting for a response from Catania.
In Catania there is a Tornabene chapel, in the parish church of
Chiesa di Santa Maria di Gesù, next to the Paterno Castello chapel,
I have not been there.
So perhaps my responder from Catania will return the favor, and
go see what inscriptions there are in the Tornabene chapel.
I am working on the second edition of the births datbase.
It will look crisper.
Already the Months are all edited, many completed, into number form.
The date is in three columns for easier sorting. Files are smaller.
I will re-arrange more before publishing.
Hugh
