Thanks for that pink67. The records that are on the National Archives site are in relation to his naturalisation, I actually have his certificate it was given to me by one of his daughters. I pretty much have all the info I think I can get here in Australia, so I guess my next step is to try and see...

It looks similar to a passport. There's not alot of writing on the pages but from what I have managed to translate it states things like his movements at sea, what position/job he was doing at the time. There is some additional information listed on some of the pages but I have no clue what it is in...

Hi
My Grandfather was an Italian seaman and I have luckily came across some records of his from his time at sea and was hoping that someone might be able to translate these pages for me.
There's about 7-8 pages and unfortunately I do not speak or read Italian.
Any help would be fantastic.
