help translating birth and marriage records from Caccamo

I'm having a hard time reading the handwriting in the following records. I would appreciate any help y'all could give me!

Before the official appeared Vincenzo Spatafora, son of deceased Giuseppe, 44, farmer to declare that at 1 AM on the 30th of the current month to Antonia Tuso, daughter of Domenico, his wife living with him, was born a female child to whom was given the name Carmela.

This writing is difficult because it all runs together :-(

But here's what I can see...

Dateof marriage is 12 September 1873
Before the official in Caccamo appeared
Giovanni Tuso, landowner, born and residing in Caccamo, 27, son of Domenico and of Giuseppa __?__
AND
Antonina Catalano, landowner, born and residing in Caccamo, 18, daughter of Filippo, landowner, and of Vincenza __?__

Giovanni Tuso, widower of Antonina Catalano, 41, borgisi (one who possesses land by renting), son of Domenico and of deceased Giuseppa LaBue (SP?)
AND
Maria ____ Maida, unmarried woman, 41, seamstress, father and mother unknown.
Both the bride and groom were born and reside in Caccamo.

Thank you so much! I'm working on learning to decipher the handwriting, but it's going pretty slow. :) I'm hoping that having these translations will help me translate the rest.

The occupation is "borgese" which I would translate to bourgeois, middle-class

Thanks for the help! A couple of questions about Carmela's birth record (that apply to other records as well):

"his wife living with him" - I can't read all of the italian - is it sua moglie esso lui ???amente?

At the bottom, the handwritten part that begins with Letto, is that some standard language for all birth records, or is it something specific to this record?

It reads "sua moglie secolui convivente"

At the bottom, the handwritten part that begins with Letto, is that some standard language for all birth records, or is it something specific to this record?
This is pretty standard language which states that the official read the present act (Letto il presente atto...) to the participants.

The language will then state that the all signed below with him, or just the witnesses, or one witness, etc., and not the "others" because they were illiterate...
