I am trying to locate information on my grandfather, Andrea DiLorenzo.
He arrived in the USA in 1901. His birthdate is October 29 1878(1879). Unfortunately, I cannot understand the info on the Ellis Island Manifest from the ship to pinpoint the area..(it shows...S. Agate.P)
After arriving, he went to NYC (Grand St). It does not appear as if anyone else with that surname came with him. My grandmother then arrived in 1902, Lucia Coppola, also from Naples area. They lived in NY for several years then moved to Lodi, NJ in 1909(approx) where he lived until his death in 1966. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Just what doi you wish to know specifically about him? Are you seeking relatives in the past or the present in the USA or Italy. Are you seeking documents about him from Italy. Just tell me how I can assist you. Peter

I have reason to believe that Andrea Di Lorenzo was not from the Naples area but is from the vollahe or town of Sant\'Agata di Puglia in the province of Foggia,, postal code 71028, Pugia region. When you let me know just what you are looking for I will tehn tell you what to do next. Peter
